Biography:

Joseph was born on September 9, 1909 in Trenton, NJ. He was one of 10 children of Morris Weiss and Helen Goldstein. He graduated from University of Michigan Medical school and practiced medicine at Pontiac State Hospital.

He and his brother Ed married twin sisters Rose and Lil Spalter.
