Ceil Ruth (Friedman) Radner was born on August 1, 1903 in Russia and came to Detroit, Michigan as a baby, and died on March 12, 1998. She worked as a secretary and then a homemaker. She married Joseph Radner in 1930 and was married until his death in 1972. They had three children, Howard, Bob and “Susie” (Suzanne). She was a dedicated wife and mother, and took pride in being a terrific cook. She was a member of Hadassah and National Council of Jewish Women.
